I am looking for a vinyl cutter under $500 or maybe less than $500. I have this information regarding vinyl cutters but I think all these are expensive.

I got a Cricut at Walmart. It was about $150 at the time. I've been using it for a couple of years and I like it. I've used it to cut tissue paper, monokote and of course, vinyl. It recently came in handy for cutting custom registration numbers for my boat.
