Wing and fuselage structure design difference between J-7 and EF 2000 considering the main landing gear attachment

The EF 2000 and J7 aircraft have both main landing gear mounted on wing. But ef 2000 has wing structure of multiweb form whereas j7 has wing structure of spar form. so, considering main landing gear attachment to wing, can anyone please elaborate the main design differences of wing and fuselage between ef 2000 vs j7 and how the loads are transferred to fuselage for both of them.
