Wireless trainer setup with Spectrum DX7 DSMX and older DX7 DSM2

Hi All,

I am trying to use my old Spektrum DSM2 DX7 as the slave to my newer Spectrum DSMX DX7. I need help binding the old transmitter to the new one in trainer mode so I can teach my son and girlfriend to fly with minimal carnage.

Any help is much appreciated. I've done it once before a long time ago but have lost the resources with the setup protocol/sequence.
