Alternatives to adams board!!

Hi guys I live in south Africa, and I am struggling to find a foam board that will work as Adams board or readi board.
Does anyone have any solutions, or alternatives that I could use?

If you haven't flown anything before -> Tiny Trainer
The Simple Cub looks like it should be ok.

is the wheat board water proof?

looking at the construction method, It doesn't look like it

just a question can i use 9g servos i cant find 4/5 gram servos
or if i can they are super expensize

yes it will just impact your weight some and you will have to cut your servo holes slightly different sized.
