I still need to put in all of the electronics. The servos will be horizontally mounted in the middle wing. Servo wires will be run on the underside of the wing for a cleaner look. The 2 ailerons on each wing will be coupled using EZ connectors with carbon fiber rod. Here is a shot I took earlier of the ailerons on the top and middle wing.

Got side tracked and finished up a Snoopy and a Charlie Brown Dog House to fly with the Fokkers. Notice Charlie looks nice but check out his advanced weapon, I also made a mini Dog House scaled down 50% which flew well until it lost a prop saver on a "high speed" pass.

Great video. Would love to see plans for the doghouse. It would be a hit at our indoor events. Cool slingshot.

Might have a couple of kits left, not sure. I have modified this quite a bit from our original kit. We lost our source for depron and hard to compete with China taking all of our good ideas and under selling us. I am trying to build a you Tube Chanel and may start featuring some build videos with plans. I am not a cad guy and I have lost touch with the guy that was doing our cad work and laser cutting ( nine years ago) may be able to find someone in the new club that I joined. So I encourage everyone to subscribe to my new channel ( you need 1000 subscribers to get started) to help get things rolling.

Build cheap, crash cheap
Really not looking for 3d, just want it to roll nice and maybe do a decent knife edge. I didn't think about making the struts wider, that would definitely help.

Should knife edge just fine with the slab-sided fuselage it already has, provided it has enough rudder throw and thrust.

These planes have 2 to 1 thrust !! We are flying these at 1/4 to 1/2 throttle in the gym so plenty of power. Need to focus and get this one done. Started on a witch that is consuming a lot of my time. I always have about 3 planes in the build process. The glue is drying on one, start painting this one motor going in on that one...… Part of my addiction, never going to rehab LOL.

Testors enamels work good to spray the main color. I then use inexpensive enamel from craft stores to brush on the detail. A makeup brush works good to give it the detail. I just dry brush over what I spray painted.
