Help! Forward Programming Does not show on NX10

I have a NX10 and an AR631 receiver installed in a new plane. The "Forward Programming" menu does not show on the transmitter. Control surfaces work.

Any thoughts?

Did you go thru the manual on how to set up the Forward programing?
