I'd use the 10x4.5Hey, what's everybody using for their power setup? I'm using a 2215 PowerPack C motor with a 30A ESC, but I'm not sure what prop would be best. I've got 9x5, 9x6, and 10x4.5. I also have 12x6 but that would be too big.
Thanks for the help!
Jeremy
I second that. On mine with the B pack I’m spinning a 10x6 sport prop. I switched to it when my 10x4.5 broke. (thanks @"Corpse" )I'd use the 10x4.5

Glue doesn't stick to the foamboard after you minwax it, so I'd build it, minwax it, then paint it.Also, I'm planning to use polyurethane to waterproof the whole airplane and then paint over it. Should I put it on before I assemble the airplane or after? Also, should I paint it before or after assembly?

Good to hear you're still lurking around! Stay safe and good luck on the race bike!Still lurking around but very busy building a race bike for Bonneville Salt Flats in August If the virus quells enough for an old timer with lung issues from Vietnam to be safe.

I wonder if it is in the ballpark of being close to the size of the slick engine. It's probably bigger by quite a bit tho lolThat, looks fast. How many CC's is the engine? My brother and I dream of doing this sort of thing when we're on our own.
