This is my brothers design he is just using my account to post it.
This is my first attempt at a master-series style aircraft, I have made a couple of other planes before, but none in cad. It's going to be a 50 inch span and run a power pack C and will be fully foamboard apart from a few 3d printed pieces. Hopefully by the end of this summer we will have a functioning Gee Bee!

Ps - if anyone knows of a software that can unwrap skins from Onshape, please tell me :)

I used the Pepakura Designer once. I believe it was the demo of version 5. It worked out ok.

I also found this one but have not tried it.

I ended up switching to Fusion 360 which has a built in sheet metal fold/unfold feature.

I honestly do not remember how I got pepakura to work. I remember not loving the results so I tried Fusion instead.
Here is the video I used to learn how to do the unfolding.

Alright guys, it's been a while but I think I got pepekura to work, I have been testing it on a little mig15 project and it seems to be going well so far. Hopefully I'll have more Gee Bee progress soon, but the mig is what is being worked on rn. Let me know If you want to see a thread on it.

Absolutely would love to see your progress, specially how you're using pepekura.
