Yes, but expect smoke.
The DJI E300 ESC's I'm seeing list at 15A, and the Tiger Motor MT4006-13, 740KV tops out around 27A. If you're going to get good perfomrance from the motor, you're going to smoke that ESC . . . assuming it can handle a high-pole-count motor, which if it can't, it'll smoke the motor first.
Either way, that couple is destined for a short but firey relationship -- best to keep them apart.
