So here is my setup:
Tattu 14.8V 4S 75C 850mAh LiPo Battery

30A RC Brushless Motor Electric Speed Controller ESC 3A UBEC with XT60 & 3.5mm bullet plugs

FT Radial 2206 2500kv Brushless Motor

On a fly sky fa I6 controller receiver

The motor stutters over 50% throttle. What can do to fix this?

Power up the Xmitter. Full up on the throttle. Power up the receiver. Full down on throttle. full up on throttle. Full down on throttle. No prop installed, obviously.

I could be a bad cell in the LIPO. It may show good at full charge, but under stress, it drops close to 3.3 volts. So, check the voltage of each battery cell immediately after letting it “stutter” for 15 seconds or so. Make sure no cell is rebounding from something less than about 3.7 volts.

A good battery checker will show you voltage in each cell, but also resistance. Some will color code cells that are going bad.

Make sure you did not use too long of mounting screws and push into the windings.
