Need help with Delta Wing programming/ ailerons not working right

I just built my FT Delta. I am using a DX6i. I mixed the Ailerons with the elevons. I can get them to move up and down in unison, but only one aileron at a time will move when I try to turn. I can reverse the servos and then they move in opposite directions just fine when I turn and only one side moves very much when I tell it to go up and down. I tried increasing he mix percentage on the ailerons that end up not moving with no results.

Any thoughts on what I may be doing wrong? I don't think I have bad servos because I can at least get them to do something when I play with settings.

Have you watched the flitetest episode on elevons? They take you step by step through it on a DX6i.

That was it. I was using the 100% wrong programming.

Will do on flight two. I had the thing flying five minutes before I nose dove and broke my prop. Funny thing is I had an ultra micro Spitfire out earlier and didn't crash it once.....well maybe except the time I sent it in to examine a tree.
