So guys thanks for the advice, I flashed the board again and it fixed the servo to M8 issue but the the torque from the 12" props are relentless. They are showing me that's tail tilt mech is faulty and weak. Just the jerk of the throttle to take off the servo slowly separates from the motor mount. So what left is tuning finally. But that night I crashed and broke two booms. Here a clip of before the crash tell if you guys see anything out of the ordinary. The last seconds was my partner getting scared he thought he was going to get cut up, lol I post focus and stooped down with the plane.
