Several Questions:
Would these be a good option for some cheap servos:
Amazon.com: 10Pcs SG90 9g Micro Servos for RC Robot Helicopter Airplane Controls Car Boat : Toys & Games
Can I fly FT Swappables with a power pack B or C (Mainly FT Flyer, Nutball, and Delta)?
Should I get a power pack B, or a power pack C?
Can power pack C planes fly with a power pack B? Would power pack B planes be too sensitive with a power pack C?
Can either power pack fly with an 850mah 11.1V 45C 3S Lipo battery?
I think I bought a pack of servos like that off Wish. They have yet to let me down! I don't think I've asked them to handle anything heavier than 600g, but some of them have racked up a lot of flight minutes.
I haven't bought any FT Power packs. I've been trusting much cheaper equipment of similar power, but like those cheap servos, they've yet to let me down! Now that 1000kv approx motor with 30A approx ESC seems to be the ballpark for all the swappables. They seem to like underloading those 1000kv motors with 8" props, but power still seems sufficient enough. B or C pack should do you good!
3S 45C lipo is ideal for that set up as well, however the standard swappable will drink up 850mAh fairly quickly, especially on a twin. My 'medium' sized planes always fly with 2200mAh. That seems to be the all-rounder battery. Get yourself one of those and you'll be getting more time in the air.
A mini plane with 800mAh would fly, I'd say roughly for 8-10mins? It depends how you fly it, but the point is, you're gonna get used to your battery lasting that long. So when you send up a bigger plane with the same supply, you may run out of fuel sooner than expected and find yourself emergency landing with the ducked power - not what you want!
