Options for FT Millennium Flerken Power Add-on

A few weeks ago, I got the great deal on the FT Millennium Flerken Value Bundle, obviously hoping to put it all together someday. However, I also got it for the sake of the parts that already work together (I have receivers available). Given the motor, ESC, prop, and servo values (2500kV, 25A, 5x4x3, and 9g), is there any objective way to determine what else I could make, as in wing area/loading, weight, etc.? I would probably want to DIY a more stable/traditional foam board airframe first anyways, but it was such a deal...
