I’m having trouble finding a pusher propeller for my ft sea otter would it work if I took a cw prop and put it on backwards or do I have to get a special prop?

Any prop can be a pusher prop! Look on your prop for the embossed text that tells you the prop stats such as '8x6 APC' or anything like that. This text is to face into the direction of travel, regardless of where on the plane you are putting it.

Now, if you find that your motor is spinning the prop the wrong way, making it blow air from back to front rather than front to back, then you can easily change the direction of your (brushless) motor by switching any two of the three wires that link it to the ESC. pick any two wires on the motor, swap which ESC wire they connect to and you will have reversed the spin direction of your motor. :)
