Quadcopter HELP! Please

Hey everyone I posted in the forums only once before to help give advise on a DIY quad build. Everyone was so helpful that I was able to finish building my H quad. However I'm having some troubles. The quad flies but there is a HUGE trim issue.
When I do a receiver test on the KK2 board there is a number of -50ish on the ailerons and as far as trims on the Transmitter itself I can only trim it 15-20 points which still leaves a number of -30ish.
I was wondering if anyone knows why this is happening and if they could help me quad this quad more flyable.
PS: the numbers in the recover test are when the stick are in there neutral positions.
SPECS:
KK2.1.5 Board
Tunirgy 9X transmitter

You shouldn't be using your trims for errors this big. (In general, you shouldn't use trim for multirotors at all.) I'm not very familiar with the Turnigy 9X, but it sounds like your endpoints are funky. You say it's around -50 when your aileron is in the middle. What range do you get when you go full left to full right on the aileron?

I had the same problem. Turn on your 9X and set the trims back to the middle with the small switches next to and below your sticks. Start the receiver test on your KK2 board, then back on your 9X go into the settings and you should have one that says something like "Subtrims". With the KK2 board still doing the receiver test, change the subtrims and you'll see the numbers change in the receiver test. Get them all to 0. That should get you real close. When you are finished, be sure to push the "menu" button!! If you push exit, none of your settings will be saved and you'll have to do it again. Check the receiver test one more time once you are out of the 9X settings and just back to the main screen. Once you have flying in the air again, you can use the small physical switches to do more small adjustments. I can get some pictures of my 9X later if you can't find the subtrims part.

Each of your vehicles will be a little different. That is why there are multiple model settings on transmitters.

@kah00na
ok so i did what you said but since the number is at -53 when i change the sub trim to 120 for ailerons i still have a -23 ish left. then when i power on the kk2 i can't fly because there is a warning that the values are too high.
idk if that makes sense ??

First, center the trims on your radio.

Then use the subtrims to make all the values in your receiver test = 0.

While you are in the receiver test, check that when you move your sticks the KK2 shows the correct movements.

Try an unused model on your transmitter and see if it is any different. Maybe something is messed up in your TX that is causing it to hit extremes.

Also, when you do the receiver test, are your sticks configured correctly? When you move the throttle, does the throttle graph move? When you move the aileron does the aileron graph move, etc?
