I enjoy a good rc aviation event. Unfortunately there's very few in my immediate area. Fortunately there is a place about five hours away that hosts some of the best flying events in the country, Hodges Hobbies!

In fact, in just a couple days I'll be heading back there in a couple days for the annual event HHAEFI.

Not too far from there, a couple friends own some property they've made into their own private flying park. The group of guys will pull their campers there, and make a long weekend of it.

If you've got stories about flying events you attended, go ahead and post them here!

I didn't make a video for the Turkey Toss last year. If I make it this year, I'll have to fix that.

Maybe I'll bring the Chipmunk instead of the weazel. He'll enjoy it more.

Stay in a house? I think Eddie loves the camping part of the trip the best. Of course, that's divided between the food, the fun he has with he people, the food, the time around the campfires, the food, watching the planes (crash), and, I think he likes the food.

I was there once. It was overwhelming, especially alone. I was in the area doing training for the park, and it happened to fall on the weekend that I had off between the two weeks of training.

I'd love to go again. Maybe something could be arranged where some Flite Test fans could do a gathering there?
