Tower Hobbies P-51 D RxR Mustang... help

So, I purchased the P-51 D Mustang from Tower the other day for like $94 I think it was. Great buy for a 40" airplane I do believe. It only needed a receiver, and I should be off to the races... or so I thought. I got it fixed up today, and assembled to take it out for a flight. Well, for some reason the left aileron didn't wanna work. Needless to say, it didn't land softly. So, my predicament is, what should I do with it? Fix it? Call Tower? Create some monster out of it? Opinions? I am fairly new into this side of the hobby, so I am open to creative ideas. I will upload pictures as soon as I get the onto my photobucket account.

It's not horrible, but I'm not so sure it is fixable.

Looks fixable to me, get some CA a hot melt glue gun and put it back together, check all controls and remaiden it! Repair videos on YouTube can be very helpful.

Well, I called tower, and they said they are sending me a new fusealodge! Hopefully they actually do. Haha

Turns out, this beast is not for me. I need some ideas on what to make out of the 2 motors, 2 escs, 6 servos I have! Let hear some ideas!

Sounds like a nice FT Cruiser starter kit!
