I had a fantastic flying day today! I got three epic flights on my new 60cc Yak 54, I love that plane! I also had fun ripping the mamba and extra. One of the other guys let me fly his extreme flight 35cc extra as well and that was super awesome! I painted and remaidened the hellcat which was a great success, it looks even more awesome now. The P-38 remaiden went flawlessly, I’m in love with that plane, it flies so perfectly. I also had a blast with the umx A-10, it’s a super fun little jet, it tracks amazing and is quite fast. Here are some pics:

I see you did the 3D print on the MS P-38. My MS P-38 sure does fly great, but I have never liked how the nose and nacelles turned out since I did the cuts myself. I may have to 3D print those. What filament did you use?

"Is that called a sudden unscheduled disassembly?
Yes!, I should not have taken the shortcut , now I must retrofit. It was a clean break for the most part no other damage. Note: I really like the sunnysky 2216 1250 on it. I kept seeing Caroline commenting on it for spits and other stuff, so I ordered a couple. But I am not an accomplished flier, I am in that category of happy to see the plane fly in circles and land in tall grass.
You need to be aware the Sunny Sky motors are quite powerful for there size, they can run off 3s and 4s lipo packs. I used the Emax GT2215/10 1100Kv motor on my Spit that had plenty of power. I also advise adding landing gear unless your belly landing in long grass, fixed wheels have some affect on performance, but nothing dramatic. Its more of an aesthetic thing really, if you can live with your Spit flying around with wheels down go for it as it saves props.
