When I built the Mini Old Fogey, I realized that the firewall it used wasn't the standard swappable firewall and it wasn't the mighty mini firewall either. The new size also appears on the new Nutball and the new FT Flyer.
I designed this one in Tinkercad, shamelessly copying the general design from the Sponz standard firewall. In addition to the standard holes for 1806 motors, I also have holes for 31mm spacing motors such as some 2204s I use.
The motors used for these smaller planes aren't that powerful, so I printed this with 2 top layers, 2 bottom layers, 2 walls, and 20% cubic infill. It could probably go even lighter, but it's already only 4g, so there are diminishing returns.
