I have built v1 one but it is too windy to fly now so I cant tell if it actually flies, but it glides pretty good.
If any of you want to beta build this out of the plans pleas do! Just post some pictures, and give your feedback.
This plane only takes about one sheet of foam, and BTW the canopy...
I'll preface this by saying I know very little about aircraft design or RC design. After I learn to fly EDF jets, I want to start a ridiculous custom-designed twin-EDF build. It'll probably be a few years down the road, so I'll have plenty of time to save money for it, but I still want to avoid...
Just wondering if anyone has the f 35 master series plans? Can anyone provide a link or post the plans online? The f 35 master series I'm talking about is in this link. https://www.flitetest.com/articles/our-f35-design. The YouTube video with the F-35 plans no longer exists. Considering this was...
I was browsing the list of Freewing planes on Motionrc and the lippisch caught my eye. I decided to make my first design based on this plane and it flies great. It uses a 50 mm edf but i feel that the plane could be easily scaled down a bit and still fit the fan. It could also be scaled up...

This is the first version of the plans for my twin edf Sukhoi SU-27. This jet is a high performance jet powered by two 12-blade 70 mm ducted fans and it has a thrust/weight ratio of 1.2 if built right. It is decently fast, very maneuverable and good looking aircraft. It is a rather challenging...
It all startet half a Year ago when I wanted to scratch build a new EDF jet. My FMS 50mm unit went through 4 different planes before, but they all lacked something. They didnt flew well enough. I wanted something that was both fast and slow, but light enough to climb vertical. I began picturing...
EZ 3 channel Pack powered F-22 Raptor.
Designed for 3 ch EZ Power Pack, and 2 ch pack will work, also.
And, the amazing @GrizWiz has created some awesome SKINS for the EZ Raptor!

This is a fast, fun flying 50mm EDF jet! It's a basic build without a ton of parts, it's got a basic control setup of throttle, elevator, and ailerons to keep things simple. Just build one already :D
Speed-
Top speed is great and slows down very well for landing. I was able to clock V1 doing 64...

After flying (and crashing) my C-17, I decided to repurpose two of the EDFs in a new jet: the F-5 Tiger-II!
It's not the prettiest jet on the block, but it's fast so be ready!

The Grunjet is a two sheet foamboard jet that flies fast and sporty, can slow down to a crawl for landings, and is packed with amazing vertical performance. All only costing less $80 to build from the ground up! With this plane you have the option of building it with a V tail or a standard tail...
