Those batteries are way too big... 1500-1600mAh should be the max, I run 1300's on all my 5" copters.

For chargers... I'm a big fan of the ISDT line, though most of them require a separate DC power supply to run off your residential electricity.

I have dc power supplies but I cannot spend that much on a charger my girlfriend approved me for 200 total with the quad, the remote battery and charger how is this charger

Graphene batteries are just a lipo, charge with a regular charger. Higher power output in the batteries is always worth it provided the battery is good quality and does really put out what is claimed.
