I got it open with a hex editor but it is just solid rows and columns of numbers and letters so I don't know if it is corrupt or that is the way it is suppose to look but way beyond me.

Well Part #1 printed of the Joker, I forget exactly when I started yesterday but I think 21 hours. Prints look pretty good, only a few stringers when passing from one piece to another, no stringers inside the parts. Not sure if the stainless steel nozzle is helping but it isn't hurting anything. Take your time putting it together and make sure everything is square and that nothing binds. There are a couple of YouTube videos that go through this. It will make your prints better and you will have less headaches trying to figure out print quality problems.

You talking about the card reader on the printer? Or is it a bad card? Try turning it on, plugging the card in the slot, and then press the thumbwheel once. That should get you in to the main menu. Then press Init. TF card. I supposed you've done that all tho. Good luck figuring it out!

It was the flash drive. I found a new one and the second benchy has been started

The first one the top shifted back and the hull went out forwards. The second one was much better but not perfect
