Felt kind of dumb today

So here's the story. I just got a new motor for my cub and I wouldn't get the prop to fit. I didn't get why it wouldn't work so I went over to the hobby store. I walked in and said to the guy, "This prop doesn't fit on this motor, I think I need an adapter."
He walked over, took the stuff from me, flipped the inside ring around, and put the prop on. He handed it back to me with a smile on his face. I was so freakin' embarrassed! I had the inside piece turned around backward and it wouldn't go on! So, moral of the story, flip stuff around once or twice to make sure you're not missing anything. Has something like this ever happened to you?

That's so funny Ben!! :applause: however it does make me feel really good to know I'm not the only one that does things like that!

Almost happened to me (and happens to everyone all the time) with a Park450 and the X shaped mounting plate. The plate "won't fit" until you rotate it 90°! So you're not alone.

Flip stuff around.
