Be advised you have extremely talented people capable of vying for ugliest plane.
Inverted, meh. Had a radio with an inverted switch that reversed elevator throw. Converted bipe pattern ship didn't care which side was up, a sheet metal cub style landing gear worked well enough bolted on top wing. Club wouldn't let me launch inverted.
Like minds, been there, did it. Trick was to use a bipe. Wanted to fly a turbine jet at club, club wouldn't let me saying that exhaust would burn the grass and if I do, out you go. Even had AMA card signed covering the turbines requirements since I flew Formula 1 at 200 mph.
Here is something about
inverted when you talk about helicopters that's raises eyebrows.
Along came helicopters and the first we(son and I) flew had no gyros. Then came mechanical gyros, then dip switches(no programming or head holding gyros) and to do inverted flight you had to do this.
you had to flip the gear switch !!!!!!
How you entered it was at the top of a loop and flip the switch and later learn to do a top of a roll and flip the switch and then learn to mow the grass. Notice in the lower left portion of the radio, JR (Circus-Circus original dealer and others) supplied the radios for 11 years when we competed.
