Ft vcr not binding

I have built many fixed wing planes and now I have gotten the ft vcr drone build for my birthday. I have built the hole thing and wired it all up but I can’t get it to bind. I’m am trying to bind it to the dx6e. Also the vtx get very hot when I plug it in. Any ideas what could cause that? If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

VTX HAS to have the antenna installed or you will burn it out, and they do normally get warm when on but not hot. Don`t know much about the drone mentioned sure someone will be along to help with that part.

Im using the lemon rx that comes with the deal.

VTXs will get hot standing still. That's normal. As for the receiver, I'd try to watch some videos on it. Plenty of resources with the Orange and Lemon receivers on YouTube.

Wish I could help more myself, but I'm not a Spek guy.
