Getting velcro to stick?!

I assume you use the low setting? Does this help the glue dry faster for you? Sometimes I want the glue to dry faster when I have to hold it to set or something but other times I want it to stay malleable a little longer so I can get everything set into place. How do you use it?

I use the High setting mostly for applying Velcro. There have been occasions where I am putting a small piece on and I use the low setting but most of the time it is on high so that I can spread the glue down and not create a ridgeline of glue that reduces the binding power of the Velcro.
