Is the FliteTest Mighty Mini Scout a good beginner airplane?

Do you have to pay for the files?

I found ones for free. The only catch is that they are setup for a prusa I3. I took it into cura and it fit on my print bed.

Update: I have all the mini scout part's cut out! Tomorrow morning I will start building!
