I was wondering if anyone knew what prop to use with the ft monster motor on 4s? Also what size of 4s should I use?

I have learned that flite test likes to use 20" 3 blade propellers for 4s. I am not too helpful on the what 4s because I have not tried 4s on a large scale plane on 4s.
