Nope, definitely not done with the hobby. Just on hold until unpacked in the new residence. Will be renting until we have the new home built & unfortunately the builds might happen for a while, but I'll get there.
wow nice but don't they come with a servo saver anymore? I have two a traxxas rustler VXL and a TMaxx 2.5 that i bought off of ebay to restore, i just put in a brand new nitro engine on it need to break it in.

Mine is getting to its end, 5 years, strong. Almost everything has been replaced, except for the radio system (which just died), a couple bits of hardwear, and the steering linkage. But I recently got a typhon 3s, and that's a blast.
Im pretty sure ive rebuilt my boys traxxis twice over (some parts more than that!) Lol
Sure, they aint cheap but I'd be willing to bet you get more fun per dollar with them than any toy grade model that dies after the first week.
Yeah it’s a pretty cool plane, I got to see it’s areobatics demonstration and it’s crazy what a talented pilot can do with all the thrust vectoring and stuff
