I followed the steps but still got the same message vidSmooth.v0.0.2,installer,exe was blocked because this type of file can harm your device.

Then something was missed or you have an additional setting you need to change.

Unfortunately that is more of a Microsoft Windows Technical issue, pointing you to the relevant support documentation is about as much as *I* can do (I don't use Windows).

only other thing I could suggest would be to download a different web brower and see if it works that way.
