Cheap transmitter for Bixler 3

I am new to the hobby, and I am thinking about getting the Bixler 3. Is this a good beginner plane, and what’s a cheap transmitter for it?

Yes, the bixler is a great trainer.
I’ve had great results with Flysky, I’ve heard good things from others about the Orange Tx from Hobby King. All brands of hobby grade Tx’s work well.

Idk pretty expensive. You know any cheap Flyskys that work?

I use turnigy/flysky. You get a rx/tx set up that can take you all the way through the advanced intermediate stage. You will want something better when you start wanting retracts and being able to drop bombs and stuff, but that is off in the future. You do lose a channel if you do flaperons.

This yes its about 2 dollars more expensive than your most expensive options but its worth it will grow with you

no. you have to get the tx16s for the functionality of it binding to multiple different frequencies of receivers.

no but most planes should have plug n play options so you will be able to put in your own receivers in to said planes

the charger instructions will indicate how to know when it charged up but most chargers just stop charging it and something happens to the led (lights up, blinks, etc.)

you can always change receivers but you might lose gyros and stuff like that if it matters to you. (im not gonna start that agruement)

Ok so I have a turnigy tgy-i6, which is a turnigy branded and sold flysky i6 i think. U bought it from hobby king a couple of years ago and it is amazing. It is one of the best beginner radios that you can buy for the price. I used it for my bixler, and it worked perfectly.
