Maybe it's just the sharp edges at your firewall, where the original one has all rounded edges... but the original seems to have a smoother transition into the very front where the fuse meets the prop & spinner. Yours seems a little more pronounced, like your fuse flares into a straight forward direction on all sides. But I know you must be following the best plans you can get. Must be how the big one has all rounded edges.
