Sorry I just saw this. A 2207 sounds great but with 1700 KV you might need a larger prop, perhaps a 7" to get enough thrust. For three cell, I recommend between 1000 and 1300 mAh, whatever can provide the noseweight but fit in the tight space.

Just gotta get it painted. Big shout out to Miniac for such great plans. I couldn’t find the build video (I think the site was down today) but I was able to piece it all together because it was very intuitive. What a great looking little plane! Keep the plans coming!

Are you working on any other plans in this style? I’m planning on building your p-40 also. A wildcat / hellcat / bearcat in this scale would be similar and awesome.

I think I have the P47 virus......

I started with one and thought I would try another, then I thought ....“I have a 2836 2200kv ....so let’s scale to 120%” and here I am 😳.
