I'm planning on getting some 6s built up for that crocodile quad
I've thought about building some 2P 3 and 4 cell packs for some of my bigger foam planes. (1600-->2000mm) The 2/3 cell packs I bought a while ago are only 1P 10A which is great for endurance on my strix nano goblins, but not so great for power. Should start with a set of 1P 20A 2/3S packs for those. A slightly flatter/wider 3s pack would be nice in the NG. I might even give em a go on the FT Trainer.....

Cheers!

I feel like this is a noob question, but what does 1p mean? Example, 4s1p.

How many cells are in parallel. So 4S1P = 4 cells in series with no parallelism. More cells in parallel = more current capacity. So if the cells can only do 20 Amps max, and you need to draw up to 40 amps,. You could run 2P to effective double the max current that the battery can provide. So 4S2P would be two sets of 4 batteries in parallel. It also doubles the Mah capacity of the cells too. So instead of a 2500 Mah battery with max discharge of 20A, it would now be 5000mah battery with 40A max discharge. (And weigh twice as much)

Got it! Thanks.;)

AccuRC Precision Simulation now has both the OMPHobby M2 V2 and M2 Explore! In all the combinations! The incredible thing is just like you can adjust the flight controller in real life, the heli is fully adjustable in the simulator as well! There's so much you can do! It's a true Sim. Thankfully it's also very forgiving for beginners to use default settings and grow with the simulator while you grow in the hobby. JUST LIKE ME!

Wake up! Time to fly!
That looks like a decent sim. panoramic scenes to fly in decent model selection. (hopefully they are not just reskins of the same base physical model). Physics look really stable, looks like the vehicles are very tunable. Sound in the last part of the clip sounded a bit hoaky but hey.. over all worth a look specially with winter coming and actual fly time being more and more limited.

Yeah the sound design on the m2 is still in development. Don't think reskins. We provided the actual files for the m2's and it took a few months for them to get things out.
They also have the real things to fly and tweak. Which will be how they do the sound work on the m2.
Working on getting files for the m1 to them next
