Looks great and flies great. The printed nose really sets it off from other foam board planes. Flite test should include them in their speed build kits. Where would I get the files to print some? What I really want is a nose for the P-40b which looks really similar to the mustang.

Version 2.0 has a blend of more 3d printed parts and a new Armin style wing

i definitely recommend it...a little bit on the nervous side, but lots of fun to fly; also a good sound with twin motor. i am looking forward to fly it again...

Did you use counter-rotating props on it?

yes, i do...very easy to start in comparison to mighty mini mustang or similar planes

Yes but your mounting pattern will be off for the motor since this featue is integral. I suspect you could fill the holes and print it that way and then drill them out later. I also did a cowl for the P38 master series if your interested in adapting one to your own design. What is nice about these for the mustang is they are square which lends itself to an easy build with the foam.

Yeah I'm not sure if there is a way to make these work for the swappable series? I have only built the mini mustang and the reason it works well there is the top hatch design. I just wish I could come up with a better way than a rubber band to keep the hatch secured in place.
