Hi,

I was wondering if you could post the type of motor, prop and battery you are using in your FT22 and what was your experience with your setup.

Thank you.

I'm using a Sunnysky 1400kv with a 8" prop. Flies great with it. You could look into one of the Grayson Hobby motor combos that are the same kv or close to what FT says to use. I'm uning the sunny since i had it laying around

My setup is very similar to CrashRecovery's, a 1450kv motor, an 8x6 prop and a 1300mah battery. It flys very well with that combo, and after seven minutes of hard flying my cell checker never shows below 11v.

I use turnigy 2826 1450 KV 8x6 APC pusher prop with zippy 1500 Mah 3s works wonderful, has punch for verticle and can just putt around and run for 10 min. with no problem.

My son runs a turnigy 2826 2200kv with a 6x4 APC and 1600 Mah 3s 50c battery and can do 60 mph for short bursts, only runs about 5 min. But it is cool to hear it scream by.

I used a Suppo 2208/1100kv with a 9x4.7 prop and a 1000mah 3S battery. I didn't have any other motor at the time. It flew well actually, not very fast but still lots of fun .
Waiting for the 1450 kv and 8x6 prop....
