Help! Updated Parts for Believer 1960mm Fixed Wing UAV

Hello, I was referred to this forum. I'm trying to build a mapping drone "Believer 1960mm Fixed Wing" for Search and Rescue operations. The suggested parts list is from 2017 and outdated. I'm hoping someone can suggest an up-to-date parts package. I have the 2017 parts list attached in a PDF spread sheet here. The overall goal is distance + programmed mapping flights. Any help would be appreciated.
