Finished the front transition after 5 attempts. The fuselage is finished! I already made the landing gear template, and now all I have left to do are the struts. I will be filming a build video this weekend and releasing plans soon.

(The engine goes right in front of this)

Wow, very impressive! My needle cutter arrived so once I'm out of school (one week left!) I'll set it up and cut one of these Stearmans to build. Should be my next build after the Mayan's Mr. Mulligan.

Figures, that's one I've looked at before. I like the idea of having one and would most likely make more planes if I had one but not sure I can justify the cost.

I've been trying to talk my daughter into making me one. You'd think with that fancy shmancy Purdue ME degree and her fiancé's equally fancy Electrical engineer degree they'd help an old guy out. So far I just get silence from them.

Currently working on the build video! I spent 8.5 hours today building and somehow only managed to get the fuselage done. I have to work Monday through Wednesday, but I am hoping to get the plans and video out by the weekend! Thank you all for waiting.

They seem to grow when the wings are on! And yes, they are exactly to scale.

Looks good! It would look more scale if you made a MS wing as well, so no creases on the top piece.

You can do it if you’d like. I’m sure it wouldn’t be to difficult. I may add an optional piece.
