I am just rebuilding, upgrading, and finishing a bunch of old projects this year. So many unfinished, crashed, and sidelined from the past, no need for "new" builds this year.
i am not sure if my working on all 4 planes at once in an assembly line style is good or healthy. a week in and I don't have too much to show. but 4 planes printed and cut from foam ready to start assembling. but I suppose in the last 3-4 days of the month ill go from no planes to 4 planes all at once. fingers crossed
Oooh! I didn't realize you created a copy of our lists until @mastermalpass post. I too have made some changes to my list. The FW was getting way too intense for this challenge. I want it to come out nicer than I have time. I've inserted another airplane that was started yesterday.
Fokker D.VIII - custom design using Flite Test design concepts with Inq embellishments.
Boomerang - custom design flying wing, self powered, minimal weight, motor launch, maximum wingspan sailplane.
F-8 Crusader with Training Wheels - custom design using mixture of FT foamboard techniques and 3D printing for my first foray to an EDF.
F-23 Black Widow - custom design using Flight Test F-22 Raptor techniques with Inq embellishments. - I'm adding this 5th model because it's already started and I'll lose 10 points, but I may not get one of the others in and need to use this instead.
Focke Wulf Ta 152H - custom design, using mostly Flight Test techniques with Inq embellishments.
I completely forgot about valentines day and I wanted to finish the Su-26 tonight... Maybe I still can, she always forgets about valentines day anyway, it's pancake day she really cares about!

So we are about halfway through.
I see a number of different approaches. Working on all at once. A few at a time. One then the next. Or just squirrelling all together. But there is a good bit of activity and I like what I'm seeing, with some good looking finished planes already.
Keep at it, we are halfway there. I cannot do a build night Friday. But I can plan on Saturday Morning and Sunday evening. All here are welcome to use the build channels in the ARCN discord server. To connect and build.
I just got my needle cutter running well, so I have a backlog of ideas, including, but not limited to:
1. The Evangel 4500
2. A Wittman Tailwind
3. A 2 Meter Sailplane
4. 3x Beechcraft Bonanza variations (V-35, F-33, and A-36)
5. A Master Series L-13 Blanik
6. Rockwell Twin Commander
