Oh, I forgot to mention this, but it weighs 150 grams with the battery. (without landing gear)
For context, this is with an AR410, 5g servos and that 2s battery. Plus the ESC and motor from power pack A.

I think most of the difference comes from the batteries. If you're really worried, and you have a 2s on hand, you could use that. But you also have more power from the 3s, so it shouldn't be a problem. Can't wait to hear how yours flies!

BTW, for the next iteration I'm thinking of using your power pod design. It's way more convenient to replace stuff. Thanks for putting the plans up for that!

Well I decided to wait and use this a plan for tuning my needle cutter. Problem is, I haven't finished assembling the needle cutter yet...Started disassembling my Mini Flyer to build a lighter and stronger one, which reminds me:

Cool! What type of needle cutter are you building?Well I decided to wait and use this a plan for tuning my needle cutter. Problem is, I haven't finished assembling the needle cutter yet...

Did you just scale the plans up for the wide fuse plans? I'm curious because the servo slots are a bit too large for the FT 5g servos, and the wing is slightly larger. I might have printed them wrong, but I wanted to check before using more paper to get it to the size I need. Thanks for the plans!

Oh, I was gonna post about that. I crashed it (again) and the rudder servo came loose and the nose started wobbling. I think I'll build another in the future, but right now I'm working on a Tiny Trainer, so I'll probably fly that for a while and come back to the Mini Spit and several of my own designs.
