Thanks thats going on my list for 2021, its going to be my first EDF (probably be summer before I get around to building it though).
Got a list of 5 others to complete first.

yep 4s. Grunjet works on 3s too.

I will start with 3s 2200mAh to begin with, I only have four 4s batteries and they are 5000 mAh HDuty bit too large for a Grunjet.
As most of my motors are limited to 3s I dont use 4s very often.

Not a problem I have 700s, 800s, 1000s, 1300s and 1500s to choose from

Awesome! The 1300 and 1500 will be perfect in it! I flew mine off the 1300 and it was light as could be

I've maidened the Thresher! I didn't get any video because no one wanted to come with me . it flew great and it looks soooo good in the sky! Next time I'll add more nose weight.
